History

Advanced Pools was founded in 1988 and started their new operation with the vision of building high end concrete swimming pools in El Paso and Southern New Mexico.

In 1999 Advanced Pools relocated their offices to Able Pool and Spa located at 6320 N Mesa. This move was established in an effort to become the only full service pool builder in El Paso offering design services, planning and pre-production needs, commercial and residential construction, and post production services including chemicals, warranty repairs on all manufactured equipment, pool cleaning services and water testing. Finally a pool builder that will back up their work and gladly invite you back to their office.

2001 was an exciting time for Advanced Pools as they were nominated by The Master Pool Guild and were selected as a member of this elite group of builders comprised of 100 member's world wide. Advanced Pools El Paso's only Master Pool Builder.

Although the business was established and sales continued to increase the corporation felt that there were changes that needed to be made in order to stay ahead of industry trends. In late 2002 an award winning designer and sales and marketing expert was employed to continue to aggressively pursuit new sales and marketing techniques. Also, with the increased volume of business it was important that one more piece of the organization was needed and Advanced Pools employed a superintendent of construction. With over 30 years of personal pool building experience in the El Paso market the corporation was now ready for the future and all possible opportunities.

In late 2002 and early 2003 we were selected to become El Paso's only Viking Pool dealer. The nation's largest manufacturer of one piece Advanced Composite Fiberglass pools in the country. Now for the first time our customers have a choice between a custom concrete pool and our Viking Ceramic Pools. If you needed a custom shape, size or depth you were told that concrete was your best option. If custom shape, size and depth are not mandatory then we would recommend a Viking Ceramic Pool which has over 35 pool design to select from.

2004 Advanced Pools ushered in our professional sales staff. These men are highly skilled and qualified pool marketing and installation specialists to further meet our client's needs. Our new conference room with audio visual capabilities was built so that customers could bring their plot plan or yard measurements down to our office and receive their in house estimates. Over the last 7 years we have refined our marketing strategy to focus on promoting Viking Ceramic Pools. Which provide our customers with a higher degree of value and satisfaction. It should be noted that we still are building high end custom concrete and commercial pools. Finally a pool builder that can explain the true benefits and features between a Viking Ceramic pool and concrete.
